There is a main bathroom off of family room with shower/tub combo, beautiful vanity and perfect laundry area. Outdoor features include spacious elevated deck ideal for entertaining, peaceful and perfectly maintained landscaped yard (grass) with fruit producing grapevines. House and deck have been completely repainted! Corner lot with plenty of parking for two large vehicles and a golf cart.
